The beautifully appointed Administration Office was only part of the overall project for this facility.  The three story office includes 2 large conference rooms with specially designed dimming controls, a gourmet kitchen, and beautiful wine library with special lighting and controls.  Arthur Engineering designed all the power distribution and occupancy sensor based lighting controls for this office space.  The space is extremely energy efficient and far exceeds Title 24 Energy Compliance requirements.  We also designed the electrical power and lighting systems for the unique entertainment courtyard for this facility.  Hidden within the tree planters and around the perimeter of the courtyard are power outlets for accent lighting or other uses for special events.

Arthur Engineering worked closely with the Architect Wenell Matheis & Bowe and lighting designer to complete the beautiful Administration Building/Lab for Woodbridge Winery.  Arthur Engineering designed the complete power distribution system including distribution to many sections of relocatable office furniture and partitions.  The office is the centerpiece of this excellent facility.

As part of Mondavi's To Kalon project, an old cellar was converted to a barrel storage chai below and this beautiful Administration Office above.  Arthur Engineering designed the "clean-power" distribution system for this office, as well as coordinated with the Mondavi Information Technology department for the phone-data conduit, wire tray and outlet system.

Arthur Engineering provided power distribution and lighting system design for the entire Bottling/Lab facility including this beautiful Administration Office.  The lighting controls are designed for maximum energy efficiency.

This unique 15,000 ft² Administration Building is a sparkling example of Fetzer Vineyard's commitment to use of renewable resources and the environment.  Arthur Engineering worked closely with Fetzer's own electrical contractor to design a unique underground electrical distribution system.  Very few utilities could be run through the perimeter rammed-earth walls.  We designed occupancy sensor type lighting controls for maximum energy efficiency.  The power distribution system was set up for photo-voltaic (PV) system supplementary power.  Today the roof-mounted PV system provides over 75% of the buildings power needs.
